We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Please include your order number with your return.
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective can be returned or replaced at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at voltaireolivier5@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
